Vintage 1950s Bell Sound Systems 3715B Tube Projector / Guitar Conversion Amp
This Item is in Very Good Condition. There are some minor signs of age on this amp - scuffs, fading, oxidation, etc. - but overall, its very clean for its age. Everything is fully functional and structurally sound. To continue to overuse a cliché, it is built like a tank. They sure don't make them like they used to (okay, two clichés).
This amp started its sweet, analogous, tube-driven life in the early 1950s when it was built by Bell Sound Systems in Columbus, OH (USA) as a projector amp. At some point over the last 60+ years, an unknown amp builder converted it into a killer guitar amp.
There are three different inputs that all provide different tones ranging from classic to modern and a few unique things you've probably never heard. It is surprisingly versatile and inspiring. Its clean. It dooms. It takes pedals. And it looks super cool. The display lights up and the dials move along with the knobs when you adjust them just like they should. There are two output jacks and an impedance selector knob on the back, allowing for 4, 8, or 16 ohm operation.
