Legend states that on the 18th day of the sixth month in the year two thousand eighteen, the finest of all of the Stratocasters was birthed from the depths of the Fender Custom Shop in a far off land called California. It is said that this would be the rightful King of Stratocasters - one which all other Stratocasters would measured against - and pale in comparison. This is that Stratocaster.
Yes, that was a bit dramatic and slightly ridiculous, but seriously, this is an exemplary Strat. It feels and sounds just as you would expect a Custom Shop Strat to perform. It is crisp and clean and has no dead spots when set up with low action. The relic job is tasteful and the neck feels more like an old, worn-in guitar than a new one that has been sanded down (which is, of course, what it is). The Ash body is incredibly resonant (and surprisingly lightweight) and the pickups are a perfect complement to it, creating a remarkably inspiring sound when plugged into any amp we've tried it with. This is truly one of the best.
This guitar has been meticulously cared for and would most likely be listed as "mint" condition by any other seller. However, we never list items as such, simply to err on the side of caution.
