TaylorSense is a smart battery box equipped with sensing technology that monitors your Taylor guitar’s humidity, temperature, battery life, and impact incidents. The battery box replaces an existing battery box on Taylor guitars featuring any of the following onboard pickups with a 9V battery: Expression System® 1 or 2, ES-T, or ES-N. In addition to tracking the guitar’s condition, TaylorSense uses low-energy Bluetooth to send your guitar’s data to the free TaylorSense Mobile App – available for both iOS and Android devices – which sends push notification alerts when the guitar needs care. The timely alerts include links to easy-to-follow videos created by Taylor’s experts that show you how to solve problems when they arise. The TaylorSense Mobile App is compatible with most iOS and Android mobile devices and operating system versions. We want you to feel confident ordering with us. And we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Small Box Music will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. Please note the following guidelines for returning merchandise:
Returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging included.
All refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Credit and debit card refunds will only be issued to the same card used to place the order.
