Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering with us. And we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Small Box Music will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. Please note the following guidelines for returning merchandise:

Returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging included.
All refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Credit and debit card refunds will only be issued to the same card used to place the order.
